Today, Modena Design is a precision CNC machining company primarily focused on the production of parts for the automotive, aerospace, and biomedical industries. Its equipment, software, and tools represent the pinnacle of technology available on the market, ensuring design excellence, top performance, and the highest precision of the manufactured components. The revival of Modena Design is crucial for Pagani Automobili to maintain complete control over every aspect of the production of aluminum, titanium, and special metal components—from design and engineering to manufacturing with state-of-the-art equipment. Currently, Modena Design produces over 700 components for each Pagani Utopia, ensuring the exceptional quality that defines every Pagani project.

The facility is provided with specialized machinery for processing various materials, including high-speed CNC milling centers for shaping raw materials, autonomous machining centers, and high-precision vertical CNC milling centers. The machine park also includes multitasking equipment and systems used for creating unique finishes, meeting the demands of even the most discerning clients. The machine tools, managed by advanced robotic systems, ensure continuous operation seven days a week, with autonomy extending beyond twenty hours a day.
