The company is committed to ensuring the utmost confidentiality of the whistleblower, unless this conflicts with applicable law and/or requests from public authorities, as well as any rights and interests of third parties or of the company. To this end, we recommend using only personal devices and connection, that are not provided by the company.
This channel shall not be used to make unfounded accusations against third parties and deliberately inaccurate information cannot be reported.
Acts of discrimination or retaliation of any kind against the whistleblower will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
